How are we already to the middle of the week? No complaining here, just noting that the week is going by fast.
I was going to do a WIAW post but I didn’t actually take pictures of everything I ate. So you get a partial “What I Ate Wednesday.”
Two eggs with a piece of homemade bread w/ half butter half tangerine curd from Alysha. The eggs were pretty until I accidentally stabbed my fork into them. Still tasted great! And the tangerine curd…yummm!
It looked similar to this one.
Leftover chili, except not in this pretty bowl, and a scrumptious braeburn apple.
A spin on Portobello & Leek Carbonara (used half spaghetti squash/half whole wheat spaghetti to amp up the veggie count) and a piece of non-homemade whole wheat bread.
I’m eyeing a Reese’s christmas tree for dessert…why are those so much more delicious than any other Reese’s?!
