This weekend was fun! We couldn’t have asked for better weather too.
The whole week I felt exhausted so Friday was welcomed with open arms. I grocery shopped, like normal, and kept getting texts from Ryan like this:
Our bed was MADE before we left for work on Friday. Murphy not only moved back his cover (the ugly, teal/green blanket on top) and our duvet cover AND the sheet! #SoSpoiled
Pizza Friday was back! Buffalo Chicken to be exact. Yum.
I accomplished a lot Saturday morning. Zumba, library, Farmer’s Market, and Target.
Since the day was so gorgeous, we decided to go to the State Fair to soak up the sun.
No trip to the State Fair isn’t complete without a funnel cake. Shockingly, this was Ryan’s first funnel cake. Say what?!
We headed home, first making a stop at Kopp’s to get the most gigantic burgers ever (and frozen custard…) and came home to promptly pass out. Yeah, I fell asleep at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. Not ashamed!
Sunday was most definitely lazy Sunday. But I woke up at 7am…so that counts for something, right?
Meal prep for the week happened. Feels good to be ready for the week!

- Tuesday: Salmon Bites w/ Swiss Chard & Squash (can you tell I bought a lot of squash at the Farmer’s Market?)
- Wednesday: Greek Chicken Salads
- Thursday: Leftovers/Eggs
- Friday: Out
- Saturday: Out
