I’m in a list makin’ mood tonight so that’s what you’re going to get!
1. We had our final meeting with the Pastor tonight for our wedding ceremony. Oh em gee our wedding is in less than 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS. It was so nice to meet with our Pastor again. He actually retired as a Pastor in March, but we asked if he would do our wedding as soon as we figured out the date because we really felt comfortable with him. He gave us a lot of insight and I have full faith that the ceremony will be perfect.
2. In addition to our meeting, we also picked up our marriage license. And this insert was in our packet.
Um…suggestive much?
3. Yesterday was salad night. We had Buffalo Chicken salad with mixed greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes (from the Farmer’s Market…SO much better!), shredded cheddar cheese, hard boiled egg and buffalo ranch (Frank’s hot sauce with ranch).
4. I’m donating blood tomorrow at work. I’m slightly nervous. Not because the thought of giving blood freaks me out but because I have failed every time I have tried giving in the past. Twice my iron was too low and once a blood vessel collapsed and they had to trash everything I had given. Wish me luck!
5. I’m looking for a few guests posts to hold down the fort while I’m out on my honeymoon to Costa Rica. Interested? Leave me a comment or send me an email at brittneylhorn {at} gmail {dot} com.
6. I still have an Integrative Nutrition scholarship for up to $1000! Check out my video post I did a while ago answering some frequently asked questions.
7. I had my last mentor meeting with my IIN health coach on Sunday. I kind of wish they continued these meeting until the end of the year (when I officially graduate!). IIN has somewhat taken a back seat while we are in crunch mode for the wedding, but I am ready to get caught up on my listening this weekend. Yay productivity.
8. I just realized that Teen Mom has a new season on. Um, what? When did this happen? How have I missed the entire season? This is probably for the best that I’ve missed it.

I am adding buffalo chicken salad to my must make soon list! I have been craving hot food lately which is not like me at all plus Aaron loves his hot foods and does like to eat healthy so it is a win win! Thank you for the idea! I watch Teen Mom, not really sure why cause reality tv has been taken way too far I think. It seems to be the only thing on tho! Good luck donating blood tomorrow! Hope this time works out for you!
That buffalo chicken salad look delicious! And as for that pamphlet… too funny
It was delicious!
How do you make buffalo chicken salad? Or do you buy it? I LOVE buffalo chicken dip
I just cooked up the pieces of chicken seasoned with salt and pepper and then poured frank’s hot sauce over the pieces once they were cooked.
