Evening!

It is freaking hot here. Our upstairs registered at 92 degrees at 5:30pm today. 92 DEGREES. Needless to say, I didn’t run today :) I plan on getting in my final two before this Saturday before the race. Eeeee! Excited for it to be here (and slightly nervous).

Besides it being hot, nothing new to report on here. I did go to the dentist today…for 2 hours. Yeah, that was fun. No cavities or fillings needed though, so that’s a plus!

I apologize in advance for dinner tonight. It was lame.

Super lame. But I wasn’t feeling what was on the menu and I wanted something quick and easy so frozen Margarita pizza it was!

I was happy this pizza wasn’t greasy or heavily cheesed. I was feeling something on the lighter side and this hit the spot!

Alongside some roasted broccoli & mushrooms.

And cottage cheese with pepper. Several people tell me I’m weird because I eat it with pepper. Anyone else do this? Tell me I’m not crazy!

Well with that I wrap up! Time to do some relaxing, like you all suggested :)

Question: How hot is it where you live?

Yuck! I live in Milwaukee…it’s not supposed to be this hot yet!

It’s California Pizza Kitchen actually. There frozen pizzas are pretty good!

You are totally crazy! I’ve never heard of anyone eating their cottage cheese with pepper. Brenton will eat his with Jam (ew). I like pineapple or peaches/other berries on mine.

I love salt and pepper on cottage cheese. My husband prefers fruit, which I know a lot of people do, but it seems so wrong. It’s savory not sweet! :)

I prefer my cottage cheese savory too! My favorite is on top of tomato w/salt and pepper. To me fruit in cottage cheese is weird!
